Quick rule

Past time expressions

Past time phrases usually go at the START or END of a sentence: 'Yesterday I went…' / 'I went… yesterday.' Use 'ago' AFTER a time period: 'two days ago'.

Task

Strategy

Order: Saturday β†’ Sunday. Use 'In the morning / afternoon / evening'. End with a feeling word ('It was great / quiet / busy').
